So my questions are, is this something people want to do, if so thoughts on the time frame (do it for a month, 8 weeks, 10-12 weeks?) and how to determine a champion? Again, this is all to try and motivate each of us (and maybe a few watching from the sidelines) with a little competition. not 100% on this, but just trying to think through some of this stuff in advance. So that would mean the wake up and the Red hot core workouts (plus the diamond dozen individual move workouts) would not count. Also, think maybe we put a cap of 2 workouts a day, and that a workout must be 20 minutes minimum to count. doing the tie breaker for the week would be either calories burned (leaning this way personally) or total number of minutes completed. Who ever has the highest completion percentage for the week wins that week, and whoever has the most wins at the end of the period we agree to is the champion and gets something golf/fitness related from the other participants (I am thinking we cap it at like $25 maximum value or something around that).Ĭouple of thoughts. We set up a google spreadsheet where we put in the number of workouts we plan to do for that week, and it has to be locked in by Sunday morning of each week.
Here is my initial thought, but I am open to any and all ideas. Alright, I am trying to figure out the little competition angle we discussed, Thinking maybe we would try something for June or the summer? But trying to figure out how to make it work to where it is fair to everyone interested (kind of like golf handicaps I don't know if there is a perfect solution).
